I recently attempted to install some old games on my XP Pro machine, specifically Grim Fandango. I already had a patch at hand for updating before playing, as I know many Windows 95/98 games have issues with XP. However, it won't even install. I insert the CD, and the menu comes up. Click "install" and it just crashes. The CD's are in perfect condition, so it's not a fault with the disc itself.
I know it's possible to emulate Windows 95 in certain programs to overcome compatability issues, but that would require it already being installed. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get some of my old games to work on XP?
Thanks.

I use this for the times when I want to play older games on my XP machine and it does the job. Hopefully this will help you out.
